India: Evangelization through food parcels
In January 2024, a donation from a family in Germany launched the "Feeding the Poor" project with a specific goal: to reach 800 impoverished families with the Gospel. To this end, college members, together with Christian students, prepare food bags worth six euros each. The bags are printed with the Bible verse "Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love" from John 4:8 and contain a Bible along with the food. The food represents a small act of love, but one that has a profound impact, as the entire village spontaneously gathers to receive the bags.
Only in this way do our brothers and sisters have the chance to share the Gospel publicly and clearly without being attacked. Since January, our brothers and sisters have been traveling to predominantly Hindu villages and, by God's grace, have already reached 400 families with this project. Time and again, the missionaries have witnessed how this work has changed the opinions of those who persecute Christians. In addition, hidden believers have been identified and are now being given access to churches and other believers.

Bulgaria: Car handover and youth group day

Bulgairen: The handover of the vehicle to Brother Milton was successfully carried out.
The purpose of the first trip to Bulgaria in February was to deliver a vehicle urgently needed for missionary work. Three brothers from the Speyer congregation and two brothers from the Molbergen congregation participated. In Dondukovu, the brothers served the congregation with word and song, distributed sweets and toys to children, and then visited the congregation in Belo Pole. After handing over the vehicle to Brother Milton, the group began their journey home.
In March, 16 young people from the Speyer parish traveled to Bulgaria. They visited the parishes in Krivodol, Belo Pole, and Sofia, where they served as edifying ministers and distributed food. Another group, consisting of 14 people from the Speyer, Schwegenheim, Sekach, and Guntersblum parishes, also traveled to Bulgaria for four days.
Their goal was to spend time with the youth group and prepare for the Easter holidays together. On Saturday, part of the group traveled to Belo Pole, while the other part went to Stara Zagora. At both locations, a youth group day was held, which included various activities as well as spiritual topics.

Ray of Hope: Missionary work in Latvia and Ukraine

A ray of hope: Community provides warm meals for isolated people in Cherson
In March, a youth conference was held in the city of Liepaja, Latvia, which the children from our daycare center were also able to attend. Regular Bible studies were held, during which the children heard about God and His love. We are convinced that God touched the children's hearts during these sessions. At the end of the month, we celebrated Easter together with the children. To our great joy, some children brought their parents along. We thank God for His great grace, through which He transformed the children's hearts and minds.
In Kherson, too, financial donations and prayers have helped the needy and hungry. Despite the dangerous war situation, there are people willing to bring food and the word of God to those in need. Around 100 people who previously lived without God or hope now attend church services several times a week. Some of them have already made a decision for God!
