My Life for the Unreached of India
Brother Augustine Jebakumar | fontis | 368 pages | €15.00
From the wealthy south of India, far to the north, to Bihar, the poorest state in India, Jebakumar was called by God to missionary service. Without reservation, he offered himself and allowed himself to be used in a miraculous way for God's work. Bihar was once known as the "graveyard of missionaries." Today, through this man's ministry, God is working wonders in this land as well. God has not changed. He is still the same one who performs great miracles even today.
The life story of Augustine Jebakumar vividly illustrates what happens when a person listens to God's voice, surrenders completely to Him, and is willing to do everything in their power to carry out His will. Such a person experiences true guidance, growth, God's power, and great miracles in their life. Demons are driven away, the sick are healed, and the good news of salvation is proclaimed to the afflicted.
This book challenges us to abandon our comfortable lifestyle and commit ourselves wholeheartedly to God's work. The Book of Acts remains relevant in 2020 when God finds those who fully surrender themselves to Him. Who will be my messenger? This is still Jesus' question to us, his followers. You and I, we are being called today. Others are obedient and go; what about us?
