Anyone who has ever agreed to serve the Lord in whatever way will inevitably discover over time that service is also fraught with difficulties and challenges. It's not always a walk in the park, and many can recount failures and dark times in their ministry. It's not uncommon for servants of God to feel the urge to simply throw in the towel and quit everything because it all becomes too much.
This book, which I wholeheartedly recommend, is written by a servant of God who has personally faced all these challenges and wants to share his experiences with others. It is intended to help those who are either just beginning their journey or are already in the midst of it and struggling with problems.
Many sound, biblically based pieces of advice await you in the pages of this book. I myself have recognized myself in many of the situations described and have found comfort and valuable instruction for my ministry in many chapters. I am certain that this book will be a great support and a lasting blessing for everyone serving the Lord.
